Retreats

Our retreats are designed to elevate your joy in running through heightened awareness. We do this through a mix of Feldenkrais practices (which bring awareness through movement), group runs, and an enjoyable community experience. We also do video analysis of your running and give personalized tips to increase your flow to make running a more enjoyable experience. Meals will be provided (prepared by Chef Michelle Gapp). We’ll also provide some snacks to munch on throughout the day.

The benefits of Feldenkrais include an instant increase in efficiency, less wear and tear on your joints, and faster recovery time – all contributing to more enjoyable running!
