Michelle Gapp is a California Culinary Academy graduate and has taken advanced baking classes at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley. She is also a member of the Personal Chefs Network. She has been in the restaurant business for many years (more than one-quarter century!).Her specialty is to produce menus specific to each client while trying to purchase food close to home. All of her menus are created per client, we are happy to cater to any special needs or desires such as vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free meals as well as using locally produced and organic foods.
